Our Services
Established with a vision to enhance safety in the construction industry, SHCL started its journey recently to provide specialist health and safety design compliance under the Building Safety Act 2022, the Building Regulations and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Danny and Angie Coomber have worked with a diverse client base over many years including Clients, developers, Architects, designers, Principal Contractors and Contractors.
Principal Designer CDM and BRegs Dutyholder
Our core activity is to provide the appointed dutyholder role or advisory services to the dutyholders for Principal Designer for Building Regulations and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
Depending on the nature, complexity and risks of your project, as an independent 3rd party our focus is on compliance under the various regulations, and we can discharge the dutyholder roles or provide advice to the dutyholders.

We provide accredited compliance training for both CDM and Building Regulations Principal Designer through our link with
Synergie Training, part of the TTC Group.
